Resumen
En este trabajo se hace una revisión sobre el confort acústico como un determinante óptimo dentro del sistema ergonómico; su forma de análisis y características principales del mismo, para obtener conocimiento y favorecer su presencia en las oficinas, este determinante es el menos tenido en cuenta en el momento de analizar el puesto laboral en oficina y es uno de los más influyentes en el desarrollo y comportamiento del trabajador. Para que las tareas a desarrollar en el entorno laboral se vean más favorecidas en tiempos y efectividad; debe existir un buen nivel de concentración, comunicación y estructuración de la tarea, beneficios que otorga el confort acústico, el cual se puede alterar muy fácilmente con el aumento de un sonido que subjetivamente se puede percibir como molesto, el cual es intangible y de mínima intervención dentro de la empresa. La presencia del confort acústico está dada por características estructurales, personales, ambientales y laborales; las cuales se ven afectadas según la legislación nacional e internacional en el momento que se sobrepasan los límites de decibeles recomendados en algunas de las actividades presentadas en una oficina, el entorno donde se ubica, formas de comunicación y tipos de tareas. Por lo anterior se hace indispensable obtener el conocimiento de todos los componentes del confort acústico, de su análisis, mejoramiento e intervención para fomentar y educar en su importancia como determinante en el sistema ergonómico.

Abstract
In this document a review on acoustic comfort is made as an optimum determinant within the ergonomic system; Its form of analysis and main characteristics of the same, to obtain knowledge and favor its presence in the offices, this determinant is the least taken into account at the time of analyzing the job in office and is one of the most influential in the development and Behavior of the worker. So that the tasks to develop in the work environment are more favored in times and effectiveness; There must be a good level of concentration, communication and structuring of the task, which benefits the acoustic comfort, which can be altered very easily with the increase of a sound that subjectively can be perceived as annoying, which is intangible and minimal Intervention within the company. The presence of acoustic comfort is due to structural, personal, environmental and labor characteristics; Which are affected according to national and international legislation at the moment when the recommended decibel limits are exceeded in some of the activities presented in an office, the environment where it is located, forms of communication and types of tasks. Therefore, it is essential to obtain knowledge of all components of acoustic comfort, its analysis, improvement and intervention to promote and educate in its importance as determinant in the ergonomic system.
