Actualmente en Colombia se evidencia un cambio social mediante el proceso de paz, en este proceso de reincorporación a la vida civil de excombatientes se pueden encontrar problemas sociales y económicos para los excombatientes y ante la falta de implementación de principios dentro del contexto de la responsabilidad social empresarial, para las empresas nacionales es un tema reciente el involucramiento con aquellas acciones que estén orientadas a favorecer a los excombatientes en el encuentro de una vocación laboral para la transformación de la imagen en los diversos sectores de la sociedad, que permitan brindarles una vida digna con integración social y económica. Es por esto que es de gran importancia involucrar el sector empresarial dentro de la reincorporación de excombatientes desde la aplicación de los principios fundamentales de la responsabilidad social empresarial, seguida de las iniciativas sociales estatal, para así involucrar a esta población y erradicar la desigualdad social, aportando instrumentos que integren aspectos socioeconómicos, garantizando el beneficio de las empresas y la sociedad. El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue explorar el papel que están cumpliendo algunas organizaciones radicadas en Colombia en el proceso de reincorporación a la vida civil de los integrantes de las FARC – EP, junto con los planes y programas del Gobierno, en el contexto de la responsabilidad social empresarial. Esta investigación permite ampliar el conocimiento en la aplicación de beneficios y políticas en términos de reintegración de desmovilizados, los resultados establecen la forma en que participan las empresas de distintos sectores económicos ante este acontecimiento y cómo las entidades del estado involucran al sector privado en diferentes planes de acción que conducen a los desmovilizados a integrarse a la sociedad civil y teniendo en cuenta la definición de diferentes autores acerca del concepto de Responsabilidad Social empresarial, se establece el concepto que tiene cada organización acerca de este tema.

Abstract
Colombia is currently facing a social change due to the peace process, in the development of the reincorporation of ex-combatants in the civil life one can find some social and economic problems for this population, these problems are mostly due to el lack of implementation of the principles regarding the context of the corporative social responsibility, for the national enterprises is a recent matter the involvement with actions oriented to favor the needs of the ex combatants in the endeavor of finding a vocation needed for changing the way the society views this kind of persons, change needed for giving this people dignity through social and economic integration. Because of these, it’s of great importance to involve the corporative sector with the reincorporation of ex-combatants from the application of corporative social responsibility’s fundamental principles, next to the Estate’s social initiatives, for involve these population in society and eradicate the social inequity. Contributing diverse instruments that integrate socioeconomic aspects, granting the benefit of the enterprises and society alike. The principal goal of this investigation was to explore the role that some organizations based in Colombia are fulfilling in the reincorporation to civil life of the ex-members of the Farc-EP together whit the plans and programs of the government in the context of the context of the corporative social responsibility. This investigation allows the reader to amplify his or her knowledge in the application of the benefits and policies in terms of reintegration of ex-combatants, the results establishes the form the corporations participate from different economic sectors before this event and how the Estate’s entities involve the private sector on different action plans that bring the ex-combatants to the integration in the civil life. Considering the definition of authors regarding the concept of Corporative Social Responsibility, we established the concept that every surveyed organization have in this issue.
